Born in New York City and growing up mostly in the Greater Boston Area, I fell in love with photography through international travel at a young age. My craft evolved as I did with age and education, and by the time I graduated from college where I studied Art Photography, my passion and focus changed from landscapes and architcture to photographing people and culture. I am currently based out of NYC shooting portraits, and special events
around the east coast. I also circulate around the city as a freelance
retoucher working for studios on fashion, beauty and ad campaigns.
Working as a freelance photographer in NYC for the past 5 years has granted me the opportunity to travel and work with so many inspired people; business owners, actors, designers, models, athletes and retouchers. From all of these unique encounters I have been able to take away a single unifying truth, that being passionate in what you do is what will make your work stand out and succeed.
I love being behind the lens capturing those candid moments with photography. I wish to immortalize those moments, capturing the spirit of a night, conveying a beautiful scene of light, color, and emotion.
